Be Cheap, Look Like a Million: Skirted Trench

My coworker came in today wearing a chic skirted trench coat, but we couldn't find it online. (It's Kenneth Cole, and she picked it up at TJ Maxx.) However, edressme has a great skirted trench coat marked down from $95 to $50. The khaki is available in small, and the brown in medium. As a devoted lover of skirts, I adore the retro silhouette of these coats. It seems like the perfect way to stay stylishly dry during a wet Great Lakes spring.

it's cute but it would bad with pants, or with anything that was A-line. the color is also drab. a good raincoat is so hard to find.

I hunted the coat for a few months and wound up getting it for $30. Smocking at the waist and a slightly more mod silhouette than this traditional take + a stylish hood, covered zipper and tab-button top. A bit lighter than this coat. Maybe we'll call it rye?

Happy 10th Anniversary... and goodbye.

What we looked like in 2009 Ten years ago I created, Fashion Me Fabulous, wrote up a handful of posts, picked a layout and send it all to my friend, Jael. “I’ve started a fashion blog.
