Balmain For Less

Balmain's crystal embellished clothes are showing up all over starlets this springs. Aside from a killer pair of heels, my favorite item from their Spring/Summer 2009 line is this ornate military jacket. Unfortunately, all that jeweled detail rings up to over $11,400 at Net-a-Porter. Eek! When walking through Target today, I noticed a silver embroider military vest in their Go International line. It's not online, but imagine the Balmain as a vest and with thread instead of crystals. It was an affordable $34.99.

Do you know what brand the jacket was at target?
Sounds lovely! LOVE that Balmain jacket, but I would never spend that much on on piece of clothing.

Happy 10th Anniversary... and goodbye.

What we looked like in 2009 Ten years ago I created, Fashion Me Fabulous, wrote up a handful of posts, picked a layout and send it all to my friend, Jael. “I’ve started a fashion blog. What do you think?” She gave me a few tips, wrote a couple “guest posts” and before long became my blogging partner. Together, we built a blog and community I could have never built alone.
