Yep, you read the title right. We're giving one fabulous reader a $25 T.J. Maxx Gift Card to update her wardrobe this fall. T.J. Maxx and Marshalls are some of my favorite places to shop. Not only do the prices fit my budget, but the clothing and accessories are also the kind of quality stuff I would splurge on at other stores. Some of my best buys have been a silk scarf, a $5 green dress (with a belt!), $4 Hue brand tights in an array of colors, and Betsey Johnson knee socks!

Here's how to enter:

Tell us about your best bargain find at T.J. Maxx or Marshalls. (Send a picture if you can). Email the story of your best deal(s) (less that 250 words please) to us at info[at]fashionmefabulous[dot]com with the subject line "T.J. Maxx Gift Card Contest."

If you send us pictures, we'll be posting them in a facebook gallery. (Lets us know if you don't want us to post them). We might even post some of our favorite stories on the blog. You don't have to be in the pictures if you just want to send us a photo of your finds.

The last day to enter is NOV. 1

So, tell everyone you know. We'll announce the winner on Nov. 5 and mail her gift card then.

If you win and only want to spend $25, I recommend checking out the 100% wool wraps and scarves, the pretty pashminas, the pure silk scarves, the colorful leather gloves, the cute winter hats, salon brand hair styling products, and the wall of great prices tights, leggings and knee socks. Or use the $25 toward a new winter coat, a party dress for the holiday season, some jeans or some shoes (I spotted several styles of Frye boots at the locations I visited!

Happy 10th Anniversary... and goodbye.

What we looked like in 2009 Ten years ago I created, Fashion Me Fabulous, wrote up a handful of posts, picked a layout and send it all to my friend, Jael. “I’ve started a fashion blog. What do you think?” She gave me a few tips, wrote a couple “guest posts” and before long became my blogging partner. Together, we built a blog and community I could have never built alone. October is the perfect month for anyone who loves a dramatic look. Because of Halloween, you can get away with more in the makeup department than you can the rest of the year. You want to try false eyelashes? Go for it. You want to color your eyebrows? Do it. Color outside the lines with eyeshadow? Why not?
