Next Thursday, May 13th, Fashion Me Fabulous and the “off price” retailers Marshalls and T.J.Maxx will partner for a Twitter Party and discussion. The party provides a great opportunity for you readers to come together and share experiences and opinions about spring fashion and shopping “off price."

Twitter Parties are simple and tons of fun – think of a group chat where all of your friends on Twitter can join in the discussion. To spice things up, the more tweets you have during the Twitter Party, the greater chances you have of winning a great prize, including gift cards

* Time: 8pm EST – 10pm EST
* Prizes:
o $50 store gift cards that are good at both Marshalls & T.J.Maxx!
o Spring’s hottest trends hand selected by us will be given away throughout the party

How to Play
  • Use a Twitter tracking service like www.tweetgrid.com, with the #MarshallsTJMaxx tag, which will help you follow the party in real time
  • Join the party with the hashtag #MarshallsTJMaxx
  • Follow @fashionfabulous and answer the questions to have a chance to win spring’s hottest fashions and store gift cards!

Happy 10th Anniversary... and goodbye.

What we looked like in 2009 Ten years ago I created, Fashion Me Fabulous, wrote up a handful of posts, picked a layout and send it all to my friend, Jael. “I’ve started a fashion blog. What do you think?” She gave me a few tips, wrote a couple “guest posts” and before long became my blogging partner. Together, we built a blog and community I could have never built alone. From the end of 2007 to the end of 2014, Fashion Me Fabulous ran regular content about fun, affordable fashion. Jael and I covered fashion week , reviewed fashion books , wrote about fashion history and did more shopping than seems humanly possible to search out the best clothes and accessories . We explored our personal styles , scoured Etsy for unique creations . I watched every single episode of Project Runway and blogged about it. Jael created an amazing presence on Polyvore .
