Pick of the Week: Lux "Leather" Jacket

Occasions for which this expensive pleather jacket from BCBGMaxAzria is perfect:

- Being a spy with some sort of shady KGB past.
- Speeding on a motorcycle before coming to some sort of spin stop and shaking your long hair out of the helmet.
- Throwing over your homecoming dress when you have to go into the sewer to hunt vampires.
- Alternately, being a vampire (but not one who sparkles because no one needs that).
- Seducing Sam Winchester.

Point is, this jacket very much looks like it belongs on an action star, preferably one with a grey moral code or secret identity. It's not leather, which makes the price feel like cheating. But when you see this jacket pop up on a tough-as-nails detective with her own personal demons when the season premieres start, you are welcome for already finding it for you.

Rather than taking five or ten minutes to investigate this myself, I will instead wonder out loud why pleather? Because in my opinion spending big bucks on a non-leather item should only be done for ethical reasons.

Are you vegan, company who makes this lux leather jacket?

That being said, the design is gorgeous.

I'm trying to wrap up something for school and this is my study break.

Happy 10th Anniversary... and goodbye.

What we looked like in 2009 Ten years ago I created, Fashion Me Fabulous, wrote up a handful of posts, picked a layout and send it all to my friend, Jael. “I’ve started a fashion blog.
